Meet Your Guide/Teacher

My name is Cindy David of Cindy David Yoga. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years now and it has had a holistic life-changing impact in every area of my life (body, mind & spirit). It brought a sense of calm and inner peace that I had only heard about through “Spiritual Masters” but didn’t think was achievable for me. I found this “natural high” to be very addicting, in a good way, and decided, “I WANT TO FEEL LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME.”   

After an intensive 4-month teacher training, where I felt like all we did was sweat, cry, journal and repeat for 8-10 hour weekend days, I emerged like a phoenix from the ashes with this profound sense of inner well-being, a new sense of confidence and the ability to start speaking my own inner truth. Since that time, I also became certified in Kundalini Yoga and started to directly work with the Chakra energy, which upleveled my training.

Working with my own chakra energy and healing myself of past traumas, it is my sincere hope that this guide will provide a sense of well-being for you.
